On my way to Pittsburgh

I'm on my way to Pittsburgh, PA for the 2008 Fashion Royalty
convention. My flight had an emergency landing and got diverted to
Las Vegas, then it got cancelled. So now I'm stuck in Vegas for 6
hours until my new flight, on a different airline, departs.

Since I have plenty of time until my flight I thought I'd show you
some of the slot machines on the Vegas airport. My next report will,
hopefully, be from Pittsburgh.

Integrity Toys announces Katy Perry doll

Yesterday, Integrity Toys announced they're producing a limited edition Katy Perry 12 inch doll. Perry fans and doll collectors will remember her "U.R. So Gay" music video that featured several of Integrity Toys Fashion Royalty dolls. Well, now they're honoring her with a doll in her very own likeness. Billboard.biz says that Integrity Toys will make 500 Katy dolls, and of that 150 will go to those within the music industry and media. The Kate Perry doll will retail for $49.99 and will come outfitted in her gold dress that she made famous in her "I kissed a girl" music video.

New Gothic Dream Misaki Collection - Pictures Released

Here are the three new Misakis whose pictures have just been posted. I am using the manufacturer's images as I don't plan to buy these dolls. The prices have not been specified but you can bet they won't be "pink label" prices. 

I'm not sure if the first, "The Outsider Misaki," one is a boy. I'm sure there are many who would love that idea! Pure Evil Misaki is dressed is a gorgeous ringmaster ensemble. Witchie Witch is riding on a broom wearing a witch hat. 

They are all amazingly outfitted and the exciting styling of the original Misaki dolls is back. Bravo Nippon!
