DollyDaily's 7th anniversary party

We're in the planning stages of DollyDaily's 7th anniversary party.  Festivities begin July 18th and run through the 27th.  It will be a fun filled week full of raffles, contests, and more -- including a Miss DollyDaily contest and a Mr. DollyDaily contest.  Get those dolls ready!  Be sure to check the forum regularly once the party begins.  If you're not yet a member, then by all means register.  It's free and loads of fun chatting about our favorite fashion dolls.

Superdoll surprises fans with another luggage release: GNVA

Superdoll surprised fans today with by announcing a new white luggage set called GNVA.  The 4-piece set is gorgeous and features white paneling with gold trim and linen straps.  The inside is lined in satin and features mirrors, elastic restraints straps, shoe pouches, and ribbon placement holders.  Get your set today.

Along with the announcement of GNVA, the SuperGuys also posted a photo of another studio doll called BONN.  Not much is known about her, but I would guess that she is available to those traveling to the SuperSalon in London.  These studio pieces are usually in very small edition sizes and many times one-of-a-kind.  At the time of this publication, BONN's edition size is unknown.

Downtown Drama: 2014 Superdoll Los Angeles Convention

Drama Queen Productions, in conjunction with Superdoll_Collectables, has announced their 2014 Superdoll convention called Downtown Drama and it will take place in Los Angeles CA on August 1st and 2nd, 2014.  While the VIP packages have already sold out, there are still Deluxe Packages available which include 2 complete outfits and extras.  Attendees will get a private viewing of the very first Chalk White exhibition to debut in the U.S., as well as a champagne reception and a Saturday luncheon.  Check out Drama Queen Productions website for registration information.

Modsdoll: Ylang

Modsdoll has announced their recent release now available for preorder.  Her name is Ylang and she's limited to just 25 dolls.  The description on their website says that "she'll come with a wig (by Ilaria), white leather reverse jacket, satin silk with white lace dress and detachable dress train, heels, lace gloves, metal rose bouquet, and stockings.  Ylang is 16" tall.

JamieShow Madra and Violet dolls

Looks like the new resin JamieShow Madra Lord and Violet Waters dolls are now shipping to eager hands. Madra, limited to 150, and Violet, limited to 50, went on sale a couple of month ago to Gene Collectors who are excited to see their favorite girl and her friends (and frenemies) back in the limelight.  As of this post, Madra is still available via the JamieShow website, but Violet did sell out the initial weekend of release.  Don't wait too much longer or Madra will be gone too.

JamieShow has also announced a special limited edition to debut at this year's IFDC taking place in Las Vegas, NV in a few weeks.  For more registration and information regarding IFDC please click on this link.

BFMC: Luciana

The 4th doll in the Italian Couture 2014 Barbie Fashion Model Collection (BMFC) has been announced.  Her name is Luciana.  Many of the Barbie retailer have already begun taking orders for her.  Previous dolls in the 2014 collection have included: Principessa, Dulcissima, Fiorella, a blonde variation of Dulcissima for the 2014 Italian Doll Convention (IDC), and a redhead version of Fiorella wearing an all black variation of the outfit for the 2014 Paris Fashion Doll Festival (PFDF).

Enclosure Royale

This week, Superdoll released a new deluxe fashion entitled Enclosure Royale.

 

This gorgeous ensemble consists of a double neck cravat under the ultimate in miniaturised silk houndstooth weave, a tailored sleeveless jacket with yellow insert piping detail. This goes over the yellow ruffled petticoat that pushes the gathered houndstooth silk skirt to it's perfect silhouette, and white hold-up hose and suspender belt complete the inner workings of this winning ensemble. Accessories include a gloss PVC tricorn hat trimmed in yellow binding and fierce black netting, a skull top walking cane and yellow courts bearing post heels in perspex. A black gloss PVC belt and as a finishing touch, a lace edged kerchief to wave the jockeys on their way.

Superdoll Luggage

Today sees the release of LNDN, Superdoll's gold luggage set, and Transit_B the soft-sided matching weekender and garment bag.  This is the third release of limited edition Superdoll luggage, and the metallic gold does not disappoint.  A few months ago a kelly green faux croc printed luggage was release entitled BRLN, then about a month ago a black set entitled  PRS was released and sold out quickly.  The black Transit_B 2-piece soft-sided set is also still available.

On the back of the recent issue of Haute Doll Magazine there was a Superdoll ad that showed a few more color variations.  I wonder if they will also be released for sale soon.
