Sneak Peak: Barbie Convention Raffle Doll

The Tampa Bay Fashion Doll Club is once again donating a TBFDC "OOAK Pink Pirate Princess" Silkstone to the National Barbie Convention Raffle, this year hosted by the Western PA Doll Club.

This is the third year in a row that our local doll club has donated some Tampa Bay Pirate Booty to The National Barbie Doll Convention Raffle. We have members from Clearwater to the Orlando area.

The Silkstone doll was donated by JudyO, and was customized by yours truly, in our Club's Signature Pink Pirate Design. This year, our Pirate Wench is wearing a floor length pink satin skirt, lined in a very unique skull & crossbones fabric (not shown). Her underskirt is of black tulle decorated with silver dabloon coins. Inside Info: Each silver dabloon represents one member of our Tampa Bay Fashion Doll Club. They're scattered about the doll, from her Pirate Headband to her Pirate Toes...

As a special surprise this year, the TBFDC "Pink Pirate" be bringing her own miniature Pirate Chest with a sterling silver pirate skull charm inside.

Please stop by the "America's Sweetheart Raffle Room" and get a closer look at this and many other fabulous donations from other clubs. Be sure to bring your camera...and your wallet. Remember, proceeds go to some very worthwhile charities.

We'd like to thank Nancy Parsons and the Western PA Doll Club for hosting their THIRD National Barbie Convention! We're looking forward to arriving in Washington, DC and seeing all of the surprises they have in store.

See you all in DC!

She is wonderful! Great job customizing her. Hopefully I will get a sneak peek on Wednesday?
